Overview:
In this course, students will acquire the essential skills and information they will need to install, repair, configure, troubleshoot, optimize, and perform preventative maintenance of computer peripherals.

Who Should Attend:
This course is targeted toward individuals interested in the technologies and service of equipment associated with document reproduction and imaging. This course will also benefit individuals who are interested in developing entry-level skills with specific reference to the service and support of printers, scanners, copiers, fax machines, and multi-function devices. This course provides vendor-neutral basic knowledge, which can be developed based on vendor-specific knowledge.

At Course Completion:
