We confirm your seat by email within one business day, together with joining instructions for live-online courses or directions for on-site sessions. No payment is taken online — we invoice after confirmation.

Yes. If your plans change, contact us at least ten working days before the session starts and we will move you to a later date at no cost, subject to availability.

Both. Most public sessions run live-online with hands-on labs, and several also run on-site in Berlin. Each course page lists the format and location for every upcoming session.

We prepare you for official Proxmox VE certification, which is administered separately by Proxmox. Our Module 1 and Module 2 courses are aligned with the exam objectives.

Start with the Proxmox VE Certified Engineer track. Module 1 and Module 2 together cover the core objectives, and the bundle includes a dedicated exam-preparation session.

No. The exam is booked and paid for separately through Proxmox. Your trainer will help you register and schedule it after the course.

Most students are ready within two to four weeks after completing Module 1 and Module 2, depending on prior experience. The bundle shortens this with a focused preparation session.

No. All listed prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT is added at checkout where applicable, based on your country and billing status.

Our courses are priced in euros, and we also show a fixed US dollar price for convenience. The two figures are independent editorial prices, not a live exchange rate.

We invoice by bank transfer or card. For teams we also accept purchase orders. Payment is due before the session starts unless we have agreed otherwise.

Yes. Teams booking three or more seats can request a volume discount. Contact us for a tailored quote.

Absolutely. We deliver private on-site or remote training tailored to your environment, agenda and schedule. Request a quote from the Private Group Training page.

There is no hard minimum, but private training is most cost-effective from around six participants. Smaller groups can still book a tailored workshop.

Yes. Private training agendas are built around your stack and goals. We can combine modules, focus on migration or Ceph, or add a dedicated lab day.

We do. Trainers can deliver at your office or a venue you choose, provided the room meets basic lab requirements. Remote delivery is also available.

A modern laptop, a stable internet connection, an SSH client and a current web browser. Lab environments are provided by us — nothing needs to be installed locally.

No. We provide fully configured lab environments, including cluster and Ceph labs, so every student works on the same realistic setup.

Most labs are individual, so you configure your own VMs and containers from scratch. Cluster and Ceph labs use shared environments that mirror production.

Session times are shown in the timezone stated on each session, usually Europe/Berlin. Join details always include the converted start time.

Yes. We design multi-week onboarding and upskilling programmes for infrastructure teams, including certification tracks and post-course support.

Yes, we accept purchase orders from businesses and public-sector organisations. Contact our enterprise team to set up billing.

Every course includes four weeks of post-course support: you can ask your trainer follow-up questions by email as you apply what you learned.

Yes. Every participant receives an ATPL Academy certificate of completion, and certified courses also prepare you for official Proxmox certification.
